Eyedetec Medical announced today they have updated their inventive EyeGiene® Insta-warmth System and will introduce the new design at AAO in Chicago. “We are excited to share our latest design in treating dry eye. We have spent much of the last year incorporating customer feedback, researching the impact of our product on patients suffering from dry eye issues and incorporating this learning into our enhanced EyeGiene® Insta-Warmth System.” said Dr. Barry Linder, President of Eyedetec Medical. The enhancements include a 400% larger eye coverage area, doubling the time therapeutic heat is delivered to the eye, automatic activation, delivering improved performance. EyeGiene® consist of a unique delivery system combining a specially design mask and self activating warming wafers to provide convenient, easy to use warm compression to the eyelids.
